UPC Box not working, help!

Hi,

Received a second UPC box from a friend, have UPC digital already, second box won't work it says it is set-up to be finalised, does anyone have any info on this please? Is there anyway around this, i believe it may be a card issue??

the card has to be switched on by upc otherwise it wont work

 

thanks! was wondering that, it worked for about 1/2 hr then went to 'set-up being finalised' so was wondering was there a way around it as it had worked?

ring them and activate it if it needs to be done

 

Thanks Mickah, I would but unfortunetely the box is a second box and was given to me by someone that doesn't need it.

Your friend must have cancelled his account with upc so the box is useless.
