I've had problems with using my dvd burner, actually I've never been able to use it at all. It says it is unable to create the disc structure because of an I/O error in the DVD engine. I posted another thread about this problem before and was told that updating my firmware might help. The only thing is that I can't seem to find the firmware updates anywhere and frankly I don't know what to do now. I would really appreciate it if someone would help me. I got the OC12 firmware and when I tried running it it said that "upload and burn failed", what does it mean?
