Update notifications

    I see that a lot of software will no longer be made available on this site due to the new law effective Jan 1st. Does that also apply to update notifications, since that software is not on your site ?.

    I would assume it is affected & will go away, but I wanted to verify. The email update notifications were a very nice feature of this site.
