update on dvd prob.

So I just got my Taiyo's in the mail today. Took the first one out and put it in, made a dvd , made sure to burn it at 4x. Popped it out, put it in my downstairs dvd player and it worked after about a minute. Brought it down into my PS2 and it also worked but still had the same problems about skipping a bit between chapters. Maybe this is a problem with the PS2 itself? I've never had that problem with real dvds though.

Also, since I have these Taiyo's I probably will still try and back up my memorex's up onto them but its annoying because I have to copy the contents of each memorex to the harddrive and then burn it to the new DVD which takes alot of time. I have a DVDrom drive and a DVD burner but for some reason the DVD rom drive won't recognize the memorex dvds in there?
