update rosters on modded xbox

    HELP ME OUT

    i downloaded a roster update for espn 2k5 baseball
    it is a zip file that is not supposed to be extracted
    i need to know how to get it on to my xbox with flash fxp

    You can get just about any save you need from this site. You can download their free saves manager program and it will transfer saves to and from your xbox via your PC/Laptop.
