UPDATED NTSC DNAS LIST

Dont use ImagePatcher, like everything else with ps2nfo's name on it, its sh*t!!
Use WinDIP, it'll patch all the DNA$ files in the iso, and you don't need to bother with extracting/injecting the files from/to the iso, it just patches the iso itself.

 

Ok, got around SWBF 2 online problem w/out swap magic. If anyone else is curious on how to do it... Make an iso w/ dvd decryptor,DO NOT CHANGE THE .CNF FILE FOR THIS METHOD, patch dnas w/ windip, boot up Launchelf from mem card exploit(you're actually gonna use launchelf as cog swap here) insert an original ps2 dvd, you'll hear it spin up and stop. At this point, use your flip top/slide card insert your backup, and go to cdfs in your file browser(all within launchelf) In cdfs you'll see all your battlefront 2 files. Launch SWBF2.ELF and your good to go! When dnas checks , it'll pass because of patch, and when they check your cnf file...it is what the'yre lookin for!
Now for Madden 07 no swap magic...

Actually, slood, you certainly weren't banned for not being able to edit a post, that's a ridiculous suggestion. You were told why, and it was a far more serious matter than that. I won't embarass you by posting here the reason why, but this site would ban you for that reason too. And you DO know the reason!

EDIT: Lex, the ID you posted will work, its one of 2 working IDs we've posted up at backupscene.

not sure if this is an ok question to ask here but i have looked everywhere and cant find anything related to it. I want to back up my Madden 07. i have come to the conclusion that you can not have a disc back up of this game. is this true. after i backed up the only thing i can get is the madden 07 "loading" screen. then nothing else. i have tried using Nero and Alcohol 120% and same with both. i have a ps2 with a modchip that is DMS4 pro with Toxic .41 upgrade. the media is TDK DVD+R. PLEASE HELP ME.

 

i backed it up fine with swap magic but heres my trick.. when it gets to the loading screen or almost to the loading screen or before anything loads... i make sure the duel shock button is lit up... and it usually loads all the way... uimm your questions probably does'nt fit here but i help anyways... well yea i think its a new method they got going but when i dont have the red button lit up it stays at the loading screen.. work with swap magic 3.6 and verbatium 8x, 4x, sony 4x... all works with this method and a v7 ps2 =]

 

i tried what you said once cuz im running out of time to mess with this mess for tonight. the red button on my analog controller (between the two thumb sticks). what i noticed is that the light went back out then i pushed it again and once the Madden 07 "loading" screen was up it went out again and once again i pushed it but it didn't seem to make a difference. how long should this game take to load anyway. is there any progress bar or does it just keep showing the loading word up near the players shoulder. im not sure what to do but i have 3 backups now that all get to that same screen and then the ps2 just keeps making those loading noises. lol. i dunno. this is the first game ever that i could not backup with ease. any other ideas? thanks for the reply.

try your original and then you can see how long it takes to load

 

I'd suggest changing media from those TDK DVD+R to some other brand DVD-R like Verbatim, RITEK G05 or Taiyo Yuden.

well my backup wasn't loading... so i pressed the analog and it takes a few seconds and it says press X at the top right... and tada! i sed verbatim & sony... both work cool
