    hmm, didn't know PS2 can be banned from online... when did they start doing this? Or do you mean it just won't work?

    Well actually I haven´t tried it my self, but I know that your PS2 have an ID wich belongs to certain region, if you conect to a server of a another region the server will Ban your ID.

    In the old consoles (v7 and older) the ID can be changed so you can play again, but in the recently ones this can not be done.
