Ok, i have next to no clue about this stuff so the less technical speak there is the easier it will be for me. I've downloaded all the necessary firmware and software (as far as i'm aware) for The Box. I opened the GTRom and clicked on BIN to download the CryptStar firmware, but when i click on download it says 'Can't open serial port. Last error: The system cannot find the file specified.' When i open the Cyrptstar from the search, it says GCR 3510 for STB Model. I've seen the part in the help instructions about typing in the file name but that only brings up another error message saying 'Error: Model name does not correct.' I've counted the grates so i know i have a genuine box. If anyone can help that would be great.
