Hi, new user so please bear with me. I have "the box" and want to update the firmware or whatever it's called. Not sure if it's a clone, so how do i find out? It only has "the box" written on it so which make is it? Where do i find the most recent and correct file to update? Connecting "the box" to the pc via the comms/serial port. Oh also in the dublin ntl area. Any help and suggestions mucho appreciated.
