hey ppl, i have a ibook g3, 800mhz. unfortunately i only have a cd drive and leopard requires a dvd drive. is there any way id be able to get leopard on my mac? i want to get a dvd drive but hooking it up looks a bit difficult and i dont want to risk it....could i use a virtual drive and a virtual machine?

as said before it wont run on G3's. But to answer your question if you have 2 macs you could target disk mode the one you want leopard on then in stall from the other mac. I believe the "host" mac would need to be able to run leopard. or you could use a usb (hopefully 2.0) dvd drive
