My gamecube has been overheasting lately. Right now I have a samll cpu fan taped to the side of the cube that plugs into a transformer then into its own outlet.

What would the best thing to do? Put another fan inside the cube or put a more powerful fan in place of the fan now.

I want this to be easy I don't car about what approch will cool better as long as its easy. I would like the fan to run off of the gamecube.

    Thank you for helping

I would use one big fan. It would look stupid with 2.

i put a blue LED fan in my cube no problem, as someone said put one big fan in it..... where the hell would u put it? my other i dea was to put another fan ontop of the cube where the jewl is, i will do this as soon as i get another led fan and some time to do it at the moment i just have a pc fan grill where the jewl was and a blue LED to make it glow blue. another idea would be to install a fan on the opposite side of the cube to the other fan.. this didnt work in my case as i have my Qoob pro chip there. but at least my cube glows blue its all i care

What size fan is currently in the gc? caould I just take that out and put a normal or LED fan in its place.

Currently I have a fan on the opposite side the stock fan is, but it is ouside of the case and looks ugly, however it works well air comes out of the spot where you put games and the vent in the back where you plug it into the TV.

I think replacing the stock fan is easiest, is it just a plain computer fan or is it a custom fan?

How is your GC overheating anyway? Is it just crammed full of dust or something?
