upgrade path from a downgraded W7 back to W7?

    I just bought this lenovo ThinkCentre M90 SFF (Refurbished) http://outlet.lenovo.com/desktops/5485xf4.html

    It says it had originally had Windows 7 pro but the previous user had downgrdaded to XP pro. What is my best upgrade path to get W7 back?

    get a copy of win7 & do a fresh install with it.
