Does the motherboard in your PC officially support the revision of the 4200+ you have? There may be a hardware reason why it can't support it, even if it just due to a bug brought about by using USB, it can happen.
As for the sound card, have you selected the correct card in your windows control panel under sounds and audio devices?

Well, my motherboard uses socket am2 and i bought socket am2 and it works well in there..

And there was creative soundblaster in control panel under sounds and audio devices..

But i think i havent putted all wires to soundcard or i have breaked it when i took it off :p

Is there anyway to get Onboard sounds to work :/?

Plug your headphones/speakers into the motherboard's audio ports further up the PC, and select the onboard sound in the control panel instead.

You've plugged your speakers into the right port, and selected that in control panel?

What are you listening to sound with? Speakers? Headphones? You have checked that they're working too right?

Well sounds stopped work after i installed new Cpu, gpu and psu..
I had to take my soundcard and everything off when i was installing, so maybe the sound problem is because that..!

You may want to try reinstaling windows. Sometimes XP can throw fits if you change too much hardware at once.
