upgrading for 1st time please help

hi im upgrading my starview box for the 1st time to version 4.its an original box.there is 4 minus signs going across my box while its downloading.after it says download complete the minus signs go across my box quicker and i cant turn it on.what do i do anyone?

 

bad flash try flashing it again.

 

i tried that again but with the same result

 

try with a diffrent firmware

you must have had a corupt file
