upgrading ps3 hard drive

    Hello, im looking to upgrade my ps3s Hard drive, iv heard you need a special type 2.5 laptop hard drive?

    some people have said that they are using adaptors and it works fine, what kind of adaptors are these?

    and could you recommend any hard drives for me?
