Uploading Pics/ringers/Movies

    How do I upload ringers, and everything else to my phone? Im just wondering, because ive got a few ringers off the internet, and i want to put them onto my phone.
    I'm using a Motorola V3 Razr, that is not unlocked.

    Well, my Paps is buying a USB cord off of eBay, and ill use that to upload my things.
