Urgent help needed with xbox live NAT connections.

    Hey guys.
    I have had a 360 for a while now, but a moderate NAT connection has always held me back from live's full potential. Can anyone please help me change my NAT to open. Another problem has arose however as my xbox seems to be unable to connect to a static ip address. My bt voyager 2110 router is also not allowing me to set up a static address. Ive tried the following steps:
    Ive tried forwarding a port (Is a static ip address required for this?)
    Entering pppoe username and password.
    Please any help is appreciated.
