I got a green halo face plate on black box now when I put the top of the box back on it eject the disc tray and it wont go back in by pushing button and it also turns back on when I shut it off. please help!!
I the cd tray on my xbox won't go back in sometimes when I press the eject button. No big deal, just give it a gentle push to get it moving.
no the box works fine till I put the top half back on then it it won't work @ all. It even turns its self back on after being turned off. I don't understand it!!!
in that case, it seems that the top half of the case is putting pressure on somethng. Check that it aint pinching any cords at all..... Thats all I can really think of at the moment. sorry
When you took the original faceplate off, did you have any issues? Did you maybe pull a little too hard and it may have caused connections on the power button/eject card to be pulled on helping cause your problem.
