I wasn't sure what section to post this in but I need some help. I am trying to go to a url but there are abbreviations in it and it doesn't work. I am trying to convert it to a regular url. I have figured out a couple of the abbrevations, such as "%3A" means ":" and "%2F" means "/", so "%3A%2F%2F" means "://" and so on. But there are still some other ones that I'm not sure about what they are. I need to know what "%3D" "%3F" and "%26" mean, and some other ones too. Does anyone know where I can find a list of each character and what it's abbreviation is? It would really help me out a lot.

Use your Charactor Map (found under Accessories > System Tools.
Check the Advanced View box. Use DOS: Untied States. Just hover the mouse over the charactors and it'll tell you the codes.

EDIT added: Use the code with the X
