I have been watching USA Network cable Television programming this Labor Day weekend, and I have noticed that beginning around September 6th, 2009 here in North Seattle that the programming has been garbled, including all commercials on the USA Network~~presently (at the time of this writing) the NCIS TV marathon is disasterously garbled with the Audio Not in Sync with Video glitch, and it's very annoying--don't the fear or risk that they will lose viewers or visitors to their once-excellent channel, or is this their experience with using Skype, because I have noticed the very same characteristics on CNN when iReporters use Skype to send video--in a word, it is LAME, and annoying. Any insights on this phenomena or any input from anyone "out there" reading this and knowing what causes this will be helpful. All other channels on this cable provider are working normal, only USA Network is affected.
