I just bought a new video capture device/software. It installed good but when I tried to capture I get the message saying "USB controller bandwidth exceeded" forum. The USB Composite Device requires 20% of the bus bandwidth, but the only bandwidth being consumed is 1%. I have wo USB ports on my compute (one at the front, the other at the back) - Ive tried both and I still get the same problem. How I can I fixed this?
sounds like you need a powered (ie from the mains) USB hub of some sort as the ports don't have enough juice. e.g. - http://kbase.x10.com/wiki/USB_Controller_Bandwidth_Exceeded
