USB Device Not Recognized

    Don't go crazy if this has already been answered a million times, please. But ever since I reformatted my computer a while ago my iPod has been saying "USB Device Not Recognized" whenever I connect it to my computer's USB Port. I have done everything I know how to do to fix it but I'm stuck. Anybody have this problem or know how to fix it?
