usb extreme

I just bought the usb extreme and 120gig hard drive

whn i plug and connect them to my Pc, as the instruction say I have to format the hard drive 2times

but when I go inside disk management , I cant find any disk local to format

so anyone have done it before , plz tell me step by step how to do it

plz explain clearly

There should be a program with usb extreme to format the hd. Its not formatted by disk management.

 

well that is wat it said in the hdadvance website

so you could tell me how to do right?

Masterrob: I must have been thinking of another usb program. I looked at the site an see what you mean. If you could take a screenshot of your disk management and post it here, it would help.

 

ok first of all, I follow like the instruction said

connect the 120gig to pc

then at the desktop there is alittle greeen arrow appear

but when I go to disk management as the website said, cant find any new software to format

how can I send it up here?
I think i have it in my computer cuz by the 1st time I did, I was success by makiing a new hard drive E but something happended, and then i just unpug all the things from my computer ==> I think that is why I lost all the datas

anyway can help?
