USB Flash drive, unsure of compatability, odd things happening.

I am just here to clarify that my flash drive isn't compatible. I plugged the flash drive up before and after the xbox turns on, and it shows up, but I can't copy anything to it and the Xbox will not format it. It will "erase" it, but when it does that, it places 1000's of Unnamed Titled games on the AR software. I can remove the flash drive after it is almost done getting the "unnamed titles" and put it back in, then format it, and it shows as empty. I placed the game saves on it for Splinter Cell, and put it in the xbox, but all it says then is a corrupt.

Is it me doing something wrong or is it the flash drive? It's a Lexar drive, Impact written on the top of it, 2GB.

Any help is appriciated.
