USB Loader Issue

I have a Wii with USB Loader installed a few years ago. I also have an Autistic child who loves the Wii who was playing unsupervised and made all the games except 2 disappear. Not sure what he did but I have a 300 gig hard drive and it says there is only 1 gig available on the drive so I believe the games are still there just not able to pick and select a game due to the games not being displayed. I have another channel that is called Configurable USB that I never noticed before, and I can go in there and choose a game and play all my games but it is not convenient and worry about all the settings in there and Zach making some more changes. If you can help or suggest any advice it would be greatly appreciated. Also, not a tech guru. Had the Wii modified by someone else who I cant get ahold of. Thanks, Stevo
