I hope this is in the right place, im having a little trouble with my USB storage device i had the option to install so called user friendly software thats meant to help you with the file transaction basicly it's meant to make it easier wich it hasn't, it's clotted up my web browser with menus icons and sub-menus wich i have no use for, when i try uninstall the software it just gives me errors, any help would be appreciated. Link to product: http://busbi.biz/index.php I know it's a cheapy product but i didn't want to spend out on a big named brand that does the exact same thing.
What sort of errors are you getting when you try to uninstall the software, also what problem are you having with the usb drive?
