This might not be the right place for this post but... i have a dell monitor that has usb on the side... any idea what its used for... i tried pluging some stuff in and nothing happens
It's just a USB hub built into the monitor. You need to patch the USB-B(square one) port in the back of the monitor to your PC. Then you can use the ports on your monitor. I believe the Dell monitors come with a USB A-B cable for this purpose.
