USB Storage Device

    I've connected my USB storage device to computer and it's not connecting to computer.

    what do you mean? when you connect the usb device does it not appear in 'my computer'?

    You've connected the USB device but it is not recognized by windows, does it say unrecognized hardware or anything, Can you tell us what the device is?

    its a 256 meg usb drive, one of those little ones ya plug in and out of computers. yeah it says unknown hardware

    you could try some software like driver geniuse and see if it has any software

    what windows are you using as appears you are using win98 which needs driver installed for usb device to be recognised?

    driver geniuse - I'll have a look for this see if that works.
