hello there i have no port on my pc for the rs323 cable so i bought a usb to serial converter ive installed driver and pc has found device but it under com15 gt loader only goes to com4 help ive had no tv 4 a week. im currently running version 257 i want to update to 400 id appreciate any help as im new to this cheers
Very surprise your PC has no com port tbh. Regardless...and assuming you have the rs232 cable... You need to go into mycomputer/properties/hardware/devicemanager Look for you usb connections and find the one with the converter attached. Go into its properties and change its com port to 1-4. Set the baud rate to the same as the loader too. 11500 or something like that. The instructions should have been shown when you installed the drivers or with the converter. Think mine were on a piece of paper with it.
