First off, is there even such thing as a good USB TV Tuner card? I have seen a few on sites like Newegg.ca but there is soo many to select from I don't really know what's good and what's not. What I am asking is if anyone knows anything about these things and if they can reccommend me a good one that hopefully wont break my bank. The plan is to put it in my brothers laptop (this is why I need a USB one and not one I can put in his laptop) so I can use it to pause, rewind, record, etc live TV and all that stuff on my Xbox. Any one got any ideas?
