Hey everyone, I just bought a video capture card make and model: Plextor ConvertX PX-M402U. The problem I am having is that when I hook the capture card up to the harddrive using the USB cable, the message box on the screen says "USB Device Not Recognized!" Anyone here have this particular capture card and or ever had this problem and how the heck do I fix it? I appreciate any help you can lend. Thanks ahead of time!
Seems that is a drivers problem... You have installed the capture card drivers and USB 2.0 drivers? These drivers should be on the installation CD.
Yes, i installed the drivers cd. Do you think that is what the problem is? The message says the that the usb device is not recognized, and that the device has malfunctioned. Could it be a faulty cideo card, usb cable or drivers cd? Thanks!
