I have Nero 8 and I am trying to convert a dvd to sound only. Basically I have some radio programmes recorded on dvd (from Freeview BBC Radio 7) which I would like to convert to MP3 files so that I can put them on CDs and play them on my portable CD player. I am convinced that about 3 months ago I used Nero 8 to convert the sound from a .vob file to an mp3 file. Unfortunately I can't remember how I did it. Is it possible or have I gone mad? Could someone give me simple steps to go through with Nero 8? Thanks in advance for any help.
I don't have Nero installed anymore, but it seems to me you could elect to make a movie, load the video then click 'Export' and one of the choices was to save the audio as a wav. AIR, Nero Burning Rom could convert a wav to mp3.
