No you can not use platinum Hits games for moddding. The easiest way to mod is download to your Action Replay SID 4.0 from the codejunkies.com section of your Action Replay Program. Then Download the very last Linux Installer file in the Linux section. Oh Yeah and Splinter Cell is easier all you have to do is got to your local Video Game store and pick up a used version of Splinter Cell. I got mine for Five Bucks.
