used 3.03 ae easy installer

    i used 3.03 ae easy installer. When i installed it it ask to make a recovery i said yes then it then installed files on my psp. I ran the program on my psp then it siad somthing like installing dax then it said
    open dax error and my psp went to black screen when i press L and R
    and takes me to a pink recovery menu it says load psp eboot recovery. I know i made a backup of this before i installed how do restore my psp thx

    Download the 1.5 EBOOT.PBP (from the downloads section of http://www.psp-hacks.com).

    Rename it to UPDATE.PBP and put it in X:\PSP\GAME\RECOVERY\ (where X is the drive letter of your PSP). Note: You can go into USB mode from recovery menu, by using the "Toggle USB" option.

    Then on your PSP go to "Run Program at /PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP" and then it will recover your PSP to firmware 1.5.

    i did what u told me to do but it takes me to a black screen

    should i rename the file to EBOOT.PBP
