I have a couple of old SIM cards that I received when friends stopped their cellular service and gave me their phones. Are they worth hanging on to, or should I just throw them out? I thought maybe they could be reprogramed or something.

I have been told about old sim card, I mean it has information being stored and when they no longer use the cell phone with sim, often they forget to erase memories, and when someone found that and they look up one's number that has been stored, I have found a few cards, it is no question on whose number was.
