Ok, I gotta be quick. I just bought a new video card for my computer, but the problem is my computer doesn't have an AGP port. It has a place for the port, but no port (see below). Can I buy just a port? Or is there a PCI adapter I can buy? A new MB/computer is COMPLETELY out of the question. And so is another video card.

    Thanks for any help!

can't use the card because you are missing the port connector, the agp circuitry is not all there & the bios might not have anything for agp. can use a pci card in place of agp card but will be slower. save your money to either upgrade the pc or buy a new pc. can also sell present pc to pay part of cost of new pc. i've worked on circuit boards in the manufacturing process so i know what i'm talking about.
