go to www.aid.xbox-hq.com dl their aid 2.0 via bitTorrent. install it. you will have avalaunch and many more apps. you won't need to know how to use it. it will simply be a menu where you select what you want to do. it is very, very straight forward. you will just put in a game or dvd and click play or launch dvd.
andreasis, I have no idea how to install anything except new games onto the hdd, I dont even know how to download new skins.
