Using, DVD Decrypter, I get an error everytime...

I am trying to rip specific VOB files from a DVD, and each time I get this error:





Any help? I really need these files ASAP! Thanks!




Also, besides Smartripper, what are some other good, free programs for ripping VOB files (preferably individual files)?

Is this a newer movie? It could just be a bad disk you could try cleaning it really good. Another ripper that works very well is DVDFab Decrypter http://www.dvdidle.com/free.htm it wont do individual files or VOB's but it does rip the entire DVD really well so that could be an alternative worth trying..

After you do what bbmayo wants you to do update your firmware as you are 5 version updates behind. The updates will only help your burner recog the newer blank media and it will not help you w/ the rip. It is up to 1.0C
