I am trying to make backups of Ken Burns Civil War series. It seems that each disk has 2 epsisodes on it and I can only get 1 episode to to rip & burn at a time. So I now have IFO edit to help but know not how to use it. Could someone point me in the right direction?

If your new to this process, I would suggest to try out dvdshrink - available d/l here.

Ifoedit is by no means straight forward, and was the original tool released - many moons ago, however it is still useful.

I would try dvdshrink and try the guide here:

DVDShrink will SHRINK your movie so that it can be fitted into 1DVRD and you'll get a little loss is Video Quality.

But if you'd rather have the original quality without any loss in picture quality, then I would use IFOEDIT to split it into 2 DVDRs

I have a guide that's so easy to follow. Nothing's complicated when it comes to step-by-step guides
