I am trying to use nero to take the movie from my digital movie camera and record them to put on dvds, everytime I try to do it, it freezes, or I cannot use the play, pause, stop etc in the program, and it just doens't work. The first time I set the camera it worked, and it hasn't since.
I have uninstalled nero, formatted the hard drive and reinstalled nero. Pretty much everything I could do. Still doesnt' work.

Can someone walk me through this?

    Thanks

This could be caused by the version of Nero that you are using, some are buggy, are you using Nero6 or Nero7, and which version are you using example 6.6.0.18 or 7.0.8.2
