I've used Nero Vision Express 3 successfully several times to transcode and burn a DVD from a Photo Story 3 .wmv file, saved at 1024x768. I've burned it for PAL and got results better than those achieved with comparable programmes. But now I am frequently getting a DVD where the pictures (up to 200) are raced through in a few seconds, while sound chugs on at the right speed. But my configurations have not changed! I use qood quality DVD-R disks, I go offline and close down all other applications, and bump up my virtual memory to 2GB. I note that the pictures come up in the preview window, each being held for a few seconds, but not with their pans and zooms, and not in sequence. I can't remember if this is something new. Just hoping my problem has a simple explanation and remedy!
