Using Nokia 3220, 3200 and 3620?

I have a Cingular sim card/ account and want one of these phones but unfortunately the ones offered on Ebay seem to be mostly AT & T unlocked models.
Will I be able to use all of the features of my Cingular service on an unlocked phone?
For instance the Multimedia features like sending video and photos or reading email.
I know it doesn't work with some phones.
