I have read quite a few threads on which program to use for copying DVDs. Alot point to RIPIT4ME, DVDFAB or ANYDVD. My question is. With ripit4me do i have to instal anyother program to run alongside it? i already use DVDSHRINK and Nero etc. I have also recently come across shrinkto5 which i found quite good but when using it it stops 7 seconds from the end of a disc and will not complete no matter what. Any ideas? Mealman
mealman welcome to ad here a guide for ripit http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/422740 with rip it you need dvd decrypter and fixvts the way i do it is rip with dvdfab then open in shrink then auto burn with nero. hope it helps
Ripit has a great installer now... Get all the files you need here: http://www.ripit4me.org/download.html 1. Download DVDDecrypter and install (You have shrink so you wont need to download it again. 2. Download the ripit 1.6.9.0 file. 3. Download the ripitinstallation file. 4. Decompress the ripit 1.6.9.0 by double clicking it. 5. Run ripitinstallation file. It will put everything in the right place for you. You will not have to do this again when it updates. It will self install then. It updates often to handle new encryptions. I love this program...I have other pay programs but I use this MOST as it is the bomb for sonyloins! (sony or lionsgate films).
