I'm trying to split a MPEG thats too large to fit onto a CD with TMPGen Plus but it always creates a MPEG thats 75.5MB and not the size I specify. I run TMPGEnc and select File > MPEG Tools then select the Merge&Cut tab, add the file and edit it, rename the output file and click run but it's 75.5MB every time!

Could it be a glitch in the film?

A dumb question but are you selecting a beginning and ending time?

If it's only on the one film, then definately a glitch in the encoding, no doubt about that!
