InterVideo WinDVD Creator 2 came loaded on my new Toshiba Satellite. I've wanted a dvd burner for ages but now that I have one, I'm at a loss for how to use the darn software. I read an earlier post on here and am now downloading the Plextor manual as a link was given in another post in this forum.

I'm sure the manual has basic information, but I wonder if others on this forum might have pointers that they can give me regarding burning dvds?

I have a stack of blank +R and -R discs and also some videos from Netflix which I'm anxious to test out.
As I understand, DVD 43 should allow the copying of any dvd? I have it on my computer, but am not sure how that program comes into play during the burning process.

    Bit newbie here.

Any thoughts on the above points would be greatly appreciated.

Copying DVD's from netflix is illegal. If you want to backup disc's that you have bought and own. Use "AnyDVD" to remove the copy protection on it. Then you can use Clone DVD, or DVD X Copy to make a duplicate.

Perhaps have not heard or are otherwise unaware, but Netflix does not only rent dvds, but also SEELS them.
I have have quite an extensive movie library which I desire to backup.
    Just to clarify.
Thank you for the software suggestion.
