Usual CloneDVD method wont work (?)

for a few days now i've been unable to make backups of my movies i was using CLONEDVD2 but kept getting this error message everytime i'd try burning :

[bold]writing to media was unsuccessful
unexpected error

please be sure that all input files are available and that they represent a properly mastered dvd

if you are confident that this error should not happen
please check for a newer version of clonedvd2

if error persists, please send the following information to bugs@elby.ch

1-the current log (use right mouse button in the log window to save it)
2-(optional) the title & region code of the source dvd
3-(optional) the IFO files of the source dvd[/bold]

i've tried uing NERO,ALCOHOL 120 and i still can't burn.. i'm going crazy here can anyone help...please ?
