uTorrent settings!

    I downloaded uTorrent today, and I was playing with the settings a bit but I think I've screwed something up, 'cause now my downloads are REALLY slow...

    Can anyone tell me what are good settings to use for the "Connections", and "Outgoing Encryption" parts.

    This is the Mac version BTW.
