that should be a 1.0 or 1.1 - i'm pretty sure they didn't start on the 1.2 till december 2002. but i've seen some made in november that were the 1.1 motherboard with no solder in the holes. I'm assuming these were used just to use them up before they went with the 1.2, but to fight the modders they left the solder out of the holes.
