I turned on this feature and it doesn't seem to work. I configured it so that it would save only 10 last messages, but it doesn't take long when the memory is full -- it doesn't delete old messages. Does someone know how this works?
the config. for it uses days, so you can only have the messages delete (for example: every 2 days, or once a week), it will not delete with a set number. try saving your sms;s to the phone rather than the sim, u can hold a lot more;.
It's quite stupid that it has this option but it doesn't work. I think you can't even select where the phone saves sms's. Phone can only hold 25 received and 25 sent sms's at a time. But those are 3-6 "pages" long. I have free sms's and so has my girlfriend, so the phone fills up in few days
