V180 messed up

    Hello to all,I'm new to this forum,(pretty cool by the way)
    mea culpa mea culpa, I start to mess around with my motorola v180 with the p2kman and now part of my menu is all screw up, for exemple I can't use some of the ringtones that are in the phone I can play them so they are in the phone but I cannot selct them, as I'm scrolling down the audio menu after few tones it goes back to the previous page,
    can somebody help?

    Did you delete a seem file? If you have a backup or similar phone copy it over to your phone.

    No , I didn't mess with the seem files ( that I know of)
    however I did delate some of the ring tones and pictures from it
